🔦 Highlights
🪄 Spells
One big idea we’ve learned each week, shaped into words you can carry forward.
Comparison & Confidence
Clapping for Others Until It’s Your Turn
Maryam said it best: “You are the one who determines your own worth. So do not belittle yourself when you see greatness in others. If value were measured by weight, then rocks would be more precious than diamonds.”
There will be times when it feels like everyone around you is soaring higher, like their achievements, their possessions, their skills. And when the spotlight stays on others, your own efforts can feel small, almost invisible. But the truth is: their journey is theirs. Yours is yours.
You will clap for others until it’s your turn.
The Voice That Shapes You
In Limitless, Jim Kwik talks about the inner voice — the words we tell ourselves in silence. He calls it the script that either limits us or sets us free. When your inner voice says “I’m not enough,” your mind begins to prove it true. But when you train that same voice to speak possibility, everything changes.
Comparison often feeds the negative script: “I’ll never catch up.” But the voice can be rewritten: “I’m sharper than yesterday. I’m still moving.”
Growth, Not Perfection
Never feel small. Growth doesn’t come from being perfect, it comes from consistent effort. You will get there, step by step. And if you can’t yet believe in yourself, surround yourself with those who do, until their belief becomes yours.
This is something we’re pushing in AICREATIVV. To believe in one another is a duty we all hold.
Your inner voice isn’t fixed. You can still challenge it, argue with it, and even disagree with it, especially when it’s negative. Choose to make it your ally.
We believe in you.

IBTE Talk by Previous Interns
Imamull Qhaeer invited two batches of former IBTE interns to speak to his current students at IBTE Business Campus, BBM17, 18, 19 and 20 — and of course, the AICREATIVV team showed up to cheer them on.

We couldn’t be prouder. From once shaking at the thought of presenting, to now telling their stories with ease, sharing openly about their struggles, and even giving life advice to their juniors. Full circle moments like this remind us why we do what we do.

We Signed with XENT Studio
We’re excited for X.EDC Vol. 2! Pika came by to pitch a creative partner deal but honestly, she barely got halfway through before we said yes. We can’t wait to help capture the moments and share their love for building communities.
Our very own bias, Iman Shamsuddin, will be performing.

Haziyah with Parallel Play
Hi, Haziyah here!
Last weekend, my friends and I joined our second-ever pop-up as Parallel Play at Creative Marketplace, Dewan An-Naura! Honestly… we were so unprepared (we almost forgot we even signed up), but somehow we still pulled through.
Compared to our debut at 673Hobbyfest a few months ago, the crowd this time was smaller and less overwhelming—which turned out to be a blessing in disguise. The slower pace gave us the chance to actually chat with fellow vendors, make connections, and take a breather in between.
At its core, Parallel Play has always been about giving ourselves a space to just create for fun—a kind of creative playtime, true to our namesake. It’s not a business, and it’s not a content-creation side gig. It’s simply our outlet as four girls navigating (and fighting off) creative burnout who are passionate about sharing our creativity to the world.

✨ Recommendations
Things we’re loving lately, because inspiration hides where you least expect them.
Snake Plants
A pick from Alimin Sofian!
If you’ve been wanting to start plant caretaking but don’t know where to begin, this one’s perfect. Snake plants are low-maintenance — they barely need water, can handle low light, and somehow still grow strong even if you forget about them.
Bonus: they help clean the air by filtering out pollutants like formaldehyde, benzene, and xylene (don’t really know what those are). And yes, they’re safe around pets.
Easy, clean, and kind of impossible to kill.

Apple Homepod Mini
We bought another Apple tech recently, the Apple Homepod Mini. (Again, no it was not an impulse buy, it was a strategic decision thank you very much - Imamull)
Small speaker, mighty sound. It fills the whole room with music and sets the ambiance just right. Anyone can jump in and connect, as long as they’re on the same Wi-Fi. We jam to music we have never heard of, because everyone keeps on randomly queueing theirs.
It’s like having a shared soundtrack for the office.
