🔦 Highlights
🪄 Spells
One big idea we’ve learned each week, shaped into words you can carry forward.
Genuine Connections
Walls Down
Everyone talks about “building a network.” But no one really talks about how.
It’s not about collecting name cards or adding people on LinkedIn. A real network comes from real connection, the kind where you talk about things that aren’t work. The movies you love. The fears you have. The things that make you, you.
In The Unfair Advantage, Ash Ali and Hasan Kubba talk about how real opportunities come from genuine relationships, not strategic ones. When you stop trying to sound impressive and start being honest, people can finally see you. That’s where the real magic happens.

The Unfair Advantage by Ash Ali & Hasan Kubba
Give Before You Ask
The fastest way to break trust is to ask before you give. Relationships don’t start with a favor — they start with effort.
Maybe that means helping someone out, sharing something useful, or simply showing up to support what they’re building. Give first. Because if all your relationships stay “professional,” they’ll always stay surface level.
It’s the shared jokes, small kindness, and quiet understanding that make things real. When that happens, you stop being a contact, instead, you become part of someone’s circle.
Genuine Over Polished
At AICREATIVV, we’ve seen how much better things flow when people drop the act. When clients become friends. When conversations feel less like presentations and more like stories.
Real goals are built when we stop hiding behind titles, and start connecting as people.
So give. Be genuine. And when you finally ask for help, it won’t feel like asking. It’ll just feel like two people helping each other grow.
Upcoming collaboration is cooking up!
🤳 Updates
Snapshots from our week — the work, the people, and the little victories worth sharing.
While she was away, Haziyah made a not-so-typical missing poster of herself for the team.
Hafiz made his own mail box for us to send him letters.
Aiman, Alimin and Hisham had a random content idea.
Haziyah’s gift for the office all the way from Singapore (We finished it within a day).

Amal and Iman invited to be Judges for Parabelle Studios’ Intern Story Pitch.
Hisham, Qilull and Alfath covering for the Parabelle Studios’ Intern Story Pitch.
Alfath and Majidah starts their internship
Starting from 1st October until the end of the year, two new interns from KIGS are joining in. Alfath Sellahuddin is part of media team, supervised by Hisham Firdaus and Alimin Affendi, and Majidah Khirul is part of the creative team, supervised by Stephanie Yong. Both of them have been fitting in quite well - but they are moments when the team’s energy may be too much (but not for long, we’ll crack them).
This is Alfath. (making matcha on his 3rd day)
This is Majidah.
Creative Team is going on a long break
After some long hours of working on two national level books over the past few weeks — Centsibly for BDCB and Strategic Planning for MOH — the creative team is going on break starting tomorrow until the end of the week. They deserve it! See you soon, Amal Osmera, Iman Shamsuddin and Stephanie Yong!

We locked 2 New SME’s for a year
Stac Patisserie and Kedai Urut Seminyak (KUS) have agreed to sign with our package for a whole year. So far, the creative direction, strategy and early meetings have been fruitful. We can’t wait to share what we have in store! This also means that our quota for SME’s are getting taken - if you’re interested, call us soon! We like to max it out at 8 SME’s, no more, to ensure we focus on quality.

KUS already in production.
The analytics are buzzing
Ever since Haziyah Azalmey and Nuur Batrisyia Ali joined the business team, the emails come in like crazy. We’re packed with preparing quotations and cost breakdowns between meetings that are booked (sometimes even without us knowing). With two girls joining to cover for the marketing and handling the CRM, everything is organised and efficient! As much as Elroy Ramantan, Ampuan Hafiz and I (Imamull Qhaeer) are gasping for air, we are having a blast.

Batrisyia and Haziyah proving that productive days can still be a breath of fresh air.
✨ Recommendations
Things we’re loving lately, because inspiration hides where you least expect them.
Portable Hard Disk Pouch
Hisham Firdaus recommends a pouch he got from Temu. As part of the media team, SSD’s and HDD’s are as important as his own phone. He is going nowhere without them.
XENT Studios Like Jennie Dance Cover
How did we not know about this? There’s a LIKE JENNIE dance cover by XENT Studio posted 3 months ago! It’s so damn cool! We put it on our TV and the team was vibing to it, especially Alimin Affendi, who’s a big Blink (Blackpink fan)
