Before anyone sees your work, you see it first.

There is a quiet place inside where thoughts grow, where doubts whisper, and where creativity slowly shapes itself.

We often forget to take care of that space.
But it is where everything begins.

Chris Do wrote in A Pocket Full of Do, “You are the brand. The work is the proof.”
That line reminds us that our real foundation is who we are inside.
Our values, our discipline, our clarity, our confidence.

James Clear said in Atomic Habits, “Every action is a vote for the person you wish to become.”
Small choices, quiet habits, small values repeated every day.
These are the things that shape the creative we show to the world.

Austin Kleon said, “Your mind is a garden. Your thoughts are the seeds.”
If the inside is messy, rushed, or tired, the work begins to feel the same.
If the inside is cared for, curious, and calm, the work breathes better too.

There is a version of you that no one sees.
The version that tries again even when the first draft feels off.
The version that talks quietly to itself before sharing an idea.
The version that chooses kindness when it could choose fear.
The version that keeps building, learning, and becoming.

Most of your growth happens in silence.
Most of your strength forms long before anyone praises the final outcome.
Most of your creative breakthroughs begin as small sparks inside your own mind.

Spellbook #27 is a reminder of that inner place.
The part of you that holds the reasons you keep going.
The part that whispers the first idea.
The part that stays with you even when no one is looking.

Everything the world will one day see begins there.

Sir Imamull Qhaeer is back with another sharing session — this time in front of the entire IBTE Campus of Business lecturer lineup (and the team, in the audience). He dove into digital marketing, shared his teaching approach over the past three years, and talked about how AICREATIVV first came to life. He also offered advice and suggestions to fellow lecturers, along with his expectations for both students and educators who take (or teach) his classes.

The team were invited to attend Cuckoo’s Media Appreciation Night, in conjunction to their 10th anniversary, Cuckoo unveiled their sleek new digital water purifier.

Thank you, Cuckoo for having us. Happy first decade, and onto the next!

Alhamdulillah, Imamull Qhaeer and Amal Osmera, along with Najihah “Najang” Osmera (we miss you, Najang!) — have once again been blessed with the invitation to perform Umrah with their families. Even with the dawn flight, Alimin Affendi and Rusydinul Aiman made the early trip to send them off. May Allah ease their journey and accept their prayers. Umrah Mubarak!

With that, the team will be “Boss”-less for the next two weeks… so brace yourselves for any possibly chaotic updates coming your way!

It’s our KIGS Interns, Alfath Sellahuddin and Majidah Khirul’s final month with AICREATIVV (cries) and we decided that it was time that they have their own photos. We can’t believe they barely have a month left with us and, within these few weeks they’ve grown so much…Do they really have to leave???

Things we’re loving lately, because inspiration hides where you least expect them.

Recently, we met with Albert Shim, the man behind Everything Brunei (EB), a platform that pulls news, articles, guides, movie listings, and store info into one clean, Brunei-only search hub while linking everything back to its original source.

With new SME ad-space options and commissioned local guides, EB is shaping up to be the ultimate “for Bruneians, by Bruneians” one-stop site for literally everything.

It’s sick season again (Unfortunately). What helped former sick girl Haziyah Azalmey bounce back were these Immunity Shots from The Juice Lab. Packed with vitamin C-rich orange peel extract and immune-boosting turmeric.
