This week, we're adding more pages to our Spellbook. Here's what we'll be talking about:
🔦 Highlights
🪄 Spells
One big idea we’ve learned each week, shaped into words you can carry forward.
What the world sees on the outside
The work that is meets the world
Every project has a moment when it leaves your hands and enters the world.
People see the final design, the finished video, the campaign that looks clean and polished.
They see the result.
What they do not see is everything that shaped it.
Your habits. Your patience. Your clarity. Your inner space.
All the unseen choices that brought you here.
The outside world meets your work long after the inside work has already been done.
The reflection of inner strength
Chris Do wrote, “Your work is your reputation. It speaks before you do.”
Your craft shows your standards.
Your details show your discipline.
Your ideas show your perspective.
Seth Godin said in The Practice, “The practice is the output.”
The world sees the result, but what they are actually seeing is the routine you kept, the effort you repeated, and the discipline you carried quietly.
Ryan Holiday wrote, “Impressing people is different from being impressive.”
Being impressive comes from the way you show up every day.
From the inner work you did long before the world noticed.
How the inside shapes the outside
When your mind is calm, the work feels smoother.
When your values are clear, the decisions feel lighter.
When you take care of yourself, your ideas feel more honest.
Everything you build on the inside eventually becomes something people can feel on the outside:
The clarity.
The intention.
The effort.
The meaning.
The world sees the final piece, but it also sees the version of you who created it.
Your work is a small mirror of your inner world.
A quiet proof of the person you are becoming.
Spellbook 28 closes the loop.
Part 1 was the hidden side.
Part 2 is everything that side produces.
The world sees the surface.
You know the journey underneath.

X.EDC Vol 2
If you’ve been a long-time Spellbook subscriber, you’ll know this project has been brewing for a while.
Last Saturday, we finally got to see it all come together. From the designs to the video production, animation, and even a star performance by our very own main dancer, Iman Shamsuddin, it was truly a moment. Watching them perform, especially at the front row was truly an unforgettable experience that tied this whole project together. It was lively, loud, bright and dynamic — we can only hope when the next time we’ll be able to pull off something like this again.
Thank you, XENT for choosing AICREATIVV as your creative partner! It was truly a blast to work on this project. To our readers, look forward to upcoming BTS content.

Sony Alpha Touch & Try Session
The team headed over to the SONY Alpha Touch & Try Session at Memorea, The Walk Beribi, and had an absolute blast exploring the latest Sony Alpha gear, learning from the guest speaker, and joining in on the hands-on demos. It was also a wholesome reunion with Clement from Sony RMDC (Singapore) — someone we previously connected with a few months back, making the session feel even more familiar and exciting. A great mix of tech, learning, and catching up with good people!

Al-Huffaz Juniors
To support the young ummah, the AICREATIVV team showed our support for Huffaz Juniors 2025, a program dedicated to nurturing Quran-loving, value-driven children through meaningful and engaging activities. It was an honour to be part of an initiative focused on building a stronger, Sunnah-guided generation.
✨ Recommendations
Things we’re loving lately, because inspiration hides where you least expect them.
La Si Dried Tofu
A hot new bombshell has entered the AICREATIVV office… La Si Dried Tofu. What began as Hafiz’s innocent trip to Hopson has now spiralled into a full-blown snack obsession, spreading to Dhiyau, then Hisham, and now even Iman has officially joined the cult. These chewy, chicken-esque bites come in BBQ and Spicy, and they’re only a dollar for a pack of five. And for the tofu-haters: don’t worry, it tastes way more like chicken — perfect for vegetarians or vegans who miss that flavour. Get to Hopson before we unintentionally wipe out the entire shelf.
Kobo Clara
The Kobo Clara is a seriously great pick if you want to read more with fewer distractions. It’s ultra-light (yes, Uniqlo-pocket light), easy on the eyes with its e-ink screen, and has handy note-taking features for quick annotations. Plus, you can load almost anything onto it: library books, public-domain reads, articles, even fan made literature (fan fiction), making it the perfect all-round e-reader.
