Music starts playing upstairs.
Keyboard clicks follow.

The day has officially begun.

Three different music choices at once.

Steph blocks everything out.
Dhiyao does the same.

Syed nods to the beat.

Amal walks into the garden room.
“Update?”
A wave of updates come through, good news, no delays, some “I’m done with mine!”

Then downstairs to check on media.

Playful banter downstairs could be heard upstairs.
FOMO.
Someone laughs too loud.

Those who need to lock in migrate quietly to the cozy room.
Or the hallway sofa (which was meant to be temporary)

I have a question! Hisham asks.
He realises that there’s 3 others queueing to ask Amal.
Damn.

Leemin walks in. Apologises. Locks in.
The song is “Die On A Hill.”

Iman is singing along somewhere in the background.

Qilull moves upstairs.

Imamull gets a call and starts pacing around the whole office.
He holds the conversation and stops to take notes.

Downstairs, Aiman is selecting music on Epidemic.

Five seconds of each audio.
Over and over.
Which one will work for this video?

Soooo… where’s lunch?
Dibs not.
Not it.

“Are you guys at the food court?”
The sound of plates and forks and spoons clinging against each other.
The mall smells like hot plates.

We leave at 12:30PM.

Nothing extraordinary happened today.

No major wins.
No major conflicts.
No big announcements.

Just people.

Switching on lights.
Fixing smells.
Singing off-key.
Asking questions.
Pacing during calls.
Locking in when needed.

Every now and then, our resident cat mom Haziyah brings one of her cats to the office. This time, it was Edan, her cat sister — an 8-year-old tortoiseshell who came by to explore the AICREATIVV office. Safe to say, Edan was very chatty during her visit and quickly asserted dominance… specifically over Haziyah’s table.

Things we’re loving lately, because inspiration hides where you least expect them.

Industry Burgers are back with a brand refresh and an updated menu, recently popping up at moreh spots like Sahur Sengkarai and Moreh dengan Erti. One of our picks from the menu is the Texas Beef Burger — a juicy patty topped with beef rashers, their signature special sauce, all sandwiched between buttery burger buns.

Another vendor we discovered during our moreh runs is Panino Slice, a sandwich business serving up hearty, flavour-packed options. Our picks from their menu would be either The Bulker or The Grilled Franco — both solid choices if you’re craving a good sandwich.
