🔦 Highlights
📌 Bored at Work
Are you feeling stuck in a rut and bored at work? It's time to reignite your creativity and curiosity. Discover what your boredom is trying to tell you and how to overcome it with these insights.
Why you’re bored
Listen to your brain: When boredom strikes, it's a signal that you're craving a change. It's time to break away from the mundane and rediscover your passion.
The spark: When you first create something, you pour your heart and soul into it. As time goes by and your work becomes routine, the original enthusiasm may fade, leaving you feeling like a machine.
The straight-line trap: Staying in one lane and following a predictable routine can stifle creativity, preventing innovation and personal growth.
The cost of repetition: When tasks become second nature, curiosity and creativity suffer. There's no room for improvement, no room for change – only the same expected input and output.
What you can do
Embrace curiosity: Look forward to sharing ideas, solve problems together, and create an open environment where everyone's input is valued.
Innovate and improve: Continuously seek ways to enhance your product or service, inviting fresh perspectives and challenging the status quo.
Creative cross-pollination: Organize brainstorming sessions where team members can bounce ideas off each other, even if it's outside their line of work.
Remember, we're humans, not robots. By escaping the repetitive tasks that lead to boredom, we can rekindle our creativity and passion, making work an exciting and fulfilling experience.
📌 The Key to Great Storytelling
Looking to captivate and inspire with your stories? Let's dive into three key ingredients and some bonus tips that can take your storytelling to the next level.
The ingredients
Authenticity matters: Be true to yourself and share your real experiences. A genuine, relatable story can resonate more than an exaggerated tale.
Keep it simple: Make sure your story is easy to understand and relatable to a broad audience. Skip the jargon and focus on what truly matters.
Analogies are your friend: Use examples and comparisons to bring your message to life. They can help your audience grasp your ideas and make your story even more engaging.
Bonus: Show, don't tell – Instead of relying on adjectives, share what happened in a way that paints a vivid picture for your audience.
Bonus: Embrace vulnerability – Share your struggles and the actions you took as a result, without playing the victim or focusing solely on yourself.
Let’s put it into practice
Reflect on your experiences: Think about your own life and find stories that align with your message and connect with your audience. Journaling is a good habit. Oftentimes your personal story could be extracted from bits and pieces of your journal entries.
Simplify the narrative: Break down complex concepts into simpler terms, and cut out any unnecessary details that might confuse your listeners. Your goal is to inform, not confuse.
Seek fitting analogies: Look for relevant examples that can clarify your message, making it more captivating and relatable. For example - Being smart is similar to a well-organized library, where you can quickly find the right information when you need it.
Practice showing, not telling: Use vivid descriptions and stories to illustrate your points, rather than relying on adjectives alone. Instead of saying that she is kind, describe that she greets people with compliments, make others feel delighted and listens to your story attentively.
Share your journey: Open up about your challenges and the changes they inspired, focusing on the growth and lessons learned. Who helped you? Who inspired you? Be vulnerable, but never complain.
By focusing on authenticity, simplicity, the power of analogies, and embracing vulnerability, you'll elevate your storytelling skills. Connect with your audience on a deeper level and watch the magic happen.

As we flip the page to a new month, we're thrilled to share the latest developments at AICREATIVV. Our team has grown from 2 to 7, with fresh faces joining our ranks, and we're more excited than ever to create magic together. We also recently brought in a new intern from UBD, Batrisyia.
From a creative designer to a copywriter, an agency accounts manager, and business developers, we've assembled a powerhouse core team of seven. Each new member brings unique talents, passion, and perspectives, further strengthening our creative engine.
We've all agreed that with the hybrid working style, we seek to prioritize family time, personal development and flexibility. With that, we hope to achieve higher performance, better productivity and motivation for all.
Short Company Getaway

Scaling up from a duo to a team of seven has been a wild ride, filled with challenges and triumphs. Onboarding new members meant adapting our processes, aligning our goals, and embracing the unique perspectives each person brings to the table.
It's been an incredible learning experience, with more stories, more growth, and more opportunities to make a difference. To celebrate our expansion and Imamull's birthday, we booked a penthouse at Higher Hotel for a special bonding experience.
We connected over shared memories, engaging in lively discussions while exploring the local gerai food scene. And the cherry on top? We had the privilege of babysitting Amal N.'s adorable 5-month-old baby girl, Baby Ara, bringing an extra dose of joy to our gathering.
As we continue to grow and evolve, we're excited to see what the future holds for our ever-expanding AICREATIVV family.
